Simple and Effective Feedback Surveys & Incident Reports
(1) Keep it simple and quick to attract more feedback.
(2) For instance, we could have multi-choice or single-choice questions on page 1 (change it to cover a bigger picture than we do already) and have a conditional page if people wish to add more comments/improvements if they wish to.
(3) Separate the near-miss report and incident report. They serve different purposed and requires attention and follow-up on a different scale.These are my thoughts; hope we can achieve to bring more feedback from participants by making it easy and quick. Add a trip plan upload and PLB checkbox
Add the ability to upload a "trip plan" to an activity. In addition, we would like a checkbox that indicates if the trip party is planning to carry a PLB. The ability to upload a trip plan is priority #1, and the PLB checkbox is priority #2 (if it is not a lot of additional work).

Connect Senior Household Memberships
Add functionality to connect Senior households memberships where both people in the household can switch between accounts, just like Family accounts.

Update Billing Info for Automatic Renewal
The billing info associated with autorenewal payments is not getting updated in tandem with the user’s profile. Let's tweak the process to update the autorenewal billing info whenever the profile is updated, or at least give users the option to also update their billing info when they update their payment card info.

let's consider removing Yodelin as a recommended ski tour
hi! This information is 5-10+ years outdated, and I feel it's misleading to many people who are getting in to ski touring or might be unfamiliar with the terrain here since it's the 2nd google search result that comes up when you google 'yodelin'. The area is largely unsuitable for skiing, as it's completely overgrown with slide alder.
from mountaineers: "An excellent area for beginner backcountry skiers or experienced skiers trying to stay out of avalanche terrain on high risk days."
I would recommend removing this statement and/or updating it to reflect the reality, which is that this is best…

Self populating cell meet place and time
Create a self populating cell that when you’re posting or developing your template for the activity, There’s usually several options to launch from, and the cell could populate on the condition when you select where you were going to launch from it tells you or populates the cell with the meeting place and have an option in the cell that allows for time inputs of meet time and launch time and maybe an option for pre-launch meeting time This would eliminate. Filter activities based on single vs. multiple day activities (camping, overnights, etc.)
Today, users have the ability to search courses, seminars, and clinics based on if they are a single day or multiple day experience. The ask is to have a similar filter for activities.

Add more details to Activity/Course alert emails
When a new activity alert is sent, it would be good to include more details such as summary, leader notes and description. There are many trips that are for a specific audience and it becomes tiring to click on all the trips and get disappointed to not find a trip to register for. Even if we can add a summary to them (as we now see in the find activities page on the website), we at the committee level can ensure the leaders and important info in the summary, especially if the trip is restricted to a specific audience.

New Policy Rollout
Require that any new, approved policies include, as separate document, plan for implementation by volunteer leaders and name of person on staff who will be contact point for roll-out support.

Move Link to Request Leadership Permission Above Checkbox
When an activity has Leadership Permission Required, the link to the application is at the end of the checkbox. The ask is to move this link to above the checkbox (or at least the first think in the statement) to make it clearer to students where the application link is.

Include the "audience" field in the activity search results
Activities allow for scoping them to a specific audience/affinity group via the "audience" field. In the activity search page, the audience can be used to filter activities targeting a specific audience. The issue is that the activities that appear in the search do not specify their intended audience. The result is that the audience is only known once the activity page has been opened. It would help if the audience was included in the activity info summary that's provided in the search results so that prospective participants can more effectively identify the audience of the activity they're looking at.

Allow us to see feedback given by trip leaders
Currently trip leaders post feedback on trips but it is invisible for us. Suggest to make it visible but like not editable. That way it is all transparent and we can see what is the feedback and can follow up as needed.

Semi-commercial glacier /basic climbs
It is very hard to sign up for glacier climbs or basic climbs unless you are a student. There is a huge waiting list for those non-students and it is hard to track. Then it is hard to plan ahead if suddenly you are being moved from waiting list. I propose to create structure where there will be opportunity for paying extra but it will be for members who graduated from basic or have skills but don’t have time to track various waiting lists and just want to climb. I found zero climbs for non-students. I would gladly pay to…

Add selections to class/trip/event feedback online form
The first two selections of the survey feedback from need another selection. The first is for the class/event and the first choice is "Excellent" and the second choice is "Just fine". i believe there should be something between those, like "Good/Very good". There are many times when neither the excellent or just fine is the correct answer and since you cant submit the form without checking one, this is problematic. The second area of selection has the same choices but is for the instructor and again, i think the two first present choices are not adequate.

Improve Functionality for Overlapping Enrollment Badges
Today, enrollment badges work as follows:
- When someone is added to a course with an "enrollment" badge - they are added to that badge's roster and the expiration date is set based on that course.
- If a student is added to a course with an enrollment badge that they already have - the badge's expiration date is updated to reflect whatever the newest course's expiration date is.
- Once a student completes a course, the enrollment badge is removed. It does not matter what course originally created the badge and/or what the expiration date.

Customizing Branch-Specific Blog Ribbons
Create a feature that allows branches to have more customization privileges over their branch-specific blog ribbon. Often, staff-created blogs will receive the "All Branches" tag, and a branch's specific blog (like an upcoming branch event) will get buried beneath other org update blogs (and in some cases, entirely removed from the branch blog ribbon due to the amount of newer content).

Allow users to add items to Promo Codes based on product/activity characteristics
Currently, items that are on promotion can only be added per product. For large promotions, this is very tedious as it requires users to add products one by one. If we could add a category of products to a promotion, this would save significant amounts of time. Example - Add All Green Trail Maps to a promotion.

Book Purchase - Customize Confirmation Email
Right now, the order confirmation sequence to purchasing books is as follows:
- Customer gets one immediately from Plone/Website/Saleforce that is generic and not book specific.
- Acumen sends an email automatically and sends an update.
- Acumen then sends out an order with the tracking number.
Ideally step #1 could be more specific to books if they purchased a book vs. programs.

Activity Registration Confirmation Email Change for Carbon Footprint Reduction ~Salesforce
Per conversations with Jeff and Amber, I'm submitting feedback requesting tweaks to the confirmation email registrants receive after signing up for Mountaineers trips. The conservation and development teams would like to give registrants the option to partially offset their transportation-related carbon associated with each Mountaineers trip by donating to a Mountaineers Carbon Footprint Reduction campaign. We understand that prompting for this donation in the existing registration confirmation email would be an initial way to achieve this. Funds raised from this campaign would go toward energy reduction/net-zero projects at the Seattle Program Center and other efforts to reduce the carbon footprint…
