For youth activates that are not part of a youth program, enable the ability for leaders to set a chaperone capacity and for chaperones to register.9 votes
Make it easier to see incomplete fields on the youth forms. Right now the pinkish/red color is a bit too light making it hard for parents to complete the forms fully.5 votes
You’ll now see a red exclamation point at the right side of the form. These will disappear after saving the form for fields that were completed.
When youth forms expire and are in need of renewal, all guardians have to do is re-save information in order for the form to be current for the next 365 days. For program participants who have been a part of programming for a year or two, and might have changing medical, dietary, or transportation needs, this means that information is often outdated when shared with program managers and staff. (For example, a participant who was 6 when the forms were filled out may have new diagnoses or updated dietary preferences when they are 12 that have not been reported out…3 votes
all information pulled from the Youth Programs Form regarding transportation currently populates in the same column on the Youth Flag Report. This means that kid codes, pick up list contact info, and parent approval initials all show up in the same place on the form which complicates the process of creating program check-in/check-out forms for roster managers. It would be ideal for kid codes to populate separate of pick up lists and to have their own column in order to clarify this process.3 votesCompleted · AdminJeff Bowman (Associate Director of Information Technology, The Mountaineers) responded

Currently I have to go into every child's profile, check to see if their forms are current or expired, and then email each family that has a child with expired forms. This takes up a significant amount of time that I could be using to improve the curriculum and trips for our youth. Expired forms make it so the families can't sign up for trips; through observation, the families already have a hard enough time figuring out…2 votes
Our youth programs have grown significantly since our website was launched in 2014. Consider a user experience design for the the "Youth" menu in the header (the More "hamburger" menu) and the youth pages to help members and guest better navigate and find information about programs for their children and youth groups. Specifically we have youth programs in more locations and have expanded program offerings. We need to be sure the menu and pages cover all of our programs in all of our locations in a way that is easy to navigate and find the information desired.1 voteCompleted · AdminJeff Bowman (Associate Director of Information Technology, The Mountaineers) responded
