Change "mentored leader" to "mentor" in the dropdown choice for activity role.
That way, the mentee can create the listing and be the primary contact. The mentor can then be listed as ... Mentor.
This idea has been completed on production. Next, the team will update leader resources to include the new 'Mentor' role on activities and socialize it across branches/committees.
Please note, we did not remove the 'Mentored Leader' role as there are a few committees using it actively today. If those committees switch to using 'Mentor', we can then consider removing this option as a role.

Mentors are frequently now being listed as co-leader, because 'mentored leader' sounds like the person being mentored, not the mentor. Co-leader receives less weight in recognition than Mentored leader. Mentors deserve the extra recognition.

I support making this change and fast tracking it if possible. It has been confusing to mentors and leaders.

This is extremely important! People are now having to use the term Mentored Leader for the person who is Mentoring a new leader. That is incorrect grammar and very confusing - the mentor is NOT a 'Mentored Leader' they are the Mentor for a new activity leader. Can we just replace that one 'Role' with a different word?

Highly recommend this change. The Mentored leader code is confusing to our leaders and mentors.
