Enable trip leaders to Identify Potential Leaders on a Trip
Currently, trip participants can rate trip leaders. Trip leaders need to be able to rate trip participants. Specifically, trip leaders need to be able to identify trip participants who demonstrate attributes of a future trip leader, and this information needs to be shared with branch committee leadership so they can follow-up with the potential trip leader and encourage them to take the appropriate next steps to volunteer as a trip leader.
When trip leaders close their trip or prepare a trip report, this new feature needs to be made clearly available to them so they are given an opportunity to think about the trip participants and highlight those with potential to become trip leaders.

i personally like the idea of a routine email to leaders who have led an activity in the last 90 days asking them to send suggestions of new leaders to their chair. It would only go to leaders who are actually engaging with new leaders and wouldn't be offended by the extra email.
Many leaders dont close out their activities or use participant notes so not sure how useful that is.

We already have the Participant Notes field. One of its anticipated uses meets this very request. So we need to determine what refinement is needed/desired, or if we need something altogether different. Some ideas:
--Add a reminder the the closing instructions on the activity team roster page
--Add a reminder to the activity closing email (when we implement it)
--A routine email to leaders who are leading asking for them to send suggestions to their chair(s)
