Volunteers need to be able to delete and archive content SD227/280
Should be able to remove course materials from Manage Course Materials area or get rid of course templates no longer being used or files that are not up to date.
Volunteer committee administrator may now clone (copy & paste) , delete and retire content in their committee folders in addition to moving (cut & paste) content.

Need to consider all functions for website content and their implications on other website content and the sync to Salesforce:
Delete/Retire/Archive
Copy-and-Paste/Clone
Cut-and-Paste/Move -

Agree. Agree. Agree. In fact, The same issue all stored documents--They cannot be deleted! The response from the PC is that's by design so they don't lose important documents by accident or ill-intent. They suggest an alternative procedure: create a Trash folder and move the "deletions" there.
In other words, what should be a 1-click, 1-second process is a cumbersome 4-6 step sequence of screens that takes minutes per document, is easy to mess up, and leaves one in a different part of the website needing to navigate back to whatever they were doing. Wasn't this website supposed to make our jobs easier?
I don't object to the Trash concept as a sort of fail-safe. But why make us do all the work when the delete function could do that under the covers, My suggestion add a function to delete documents, even if it's a logical delete using the Trash concept.
