Add the ability to add badges to instructors for successfully completing instructing at a course activity, where the badges are different from those that are awarded to participants.

Another use case would be the granting of an "Instructor Review" badge once the instructor has completed that course - with a 3 year(?) expiration date. This way we can have a pre-requisite badge for instructors looking to instruct and help at a FT.

This would be added to the Leader badges for the growing number of Mountaineers who have gone through AIARE 1, AIARE 2 and the AIARE ITC (instructor training course) and have become certified as Avalanche Instructors by AIARE and AAI so as to be able to teach as certified Instructors, as required for the several AIARE-certified Level 1 courses offered by the Mountaineers.
This would be a nice recognition for those of us who have gone through the effort to get this certification for the benefit of the Mountaineers, many of us at our own expense.
