Printer-friendly Roster Page with Contact Info for Leaders SD319
In preparing for an activity, leaders often want to bring a long a printout of their activity roster, including participant names, mobile phone, email, and emergency contact info. Currently we have to export this info to excel and spend time removing unnecessary columns and rows and doing a lot of formatting to produce this. Offer a printer-friendly page that formats this info (and leaves out the unnecessary info like cancelled registrations, etc.).
Live but need to add email address column and better phone number formatting. We’ll have that done soon.

One thing I would suggest adding (I know everyone wants to omit columns!) is a column that indicates if a participant has a first aid badge of some kind. I manually add that to my roster whilst removing the badges column.

From Ralph Wessels: Please include the Mountaineers emergency number and list of on-call names at the bottom of each roster print-out

Suggest you turn the page LANDSCAPE to make room for info plus blank column. Also would give room for more than one phone- mobile most important, but home is sometimes all you get. Ideally, give us both. Exclude street/street number, but include city. Add a blank column at far right for us to make notes once we print it out.

When you use the 'download roster' button, is there any work underway that would remove cancelled participants from the download list? Right now they get alphabetized into the list along with everyone else. I know that I can take the extra steps to copy to excel and delete them but some of my leaders are not excel people and in any case the extra steps are wasted time for them. (And when you click the 'excel' button can't it come up as excel instead of .csv? Yet another step!) Not a big thing in itself but these small things are adding up to multiple leaders deciding that they'll just take people on private hikes and backpacks instead of posting for the club, something none of us want.
