Improve Default Shipping Selection on WA web Book Orders GH3613
Make Surepost Default selection on WA web orders (instead of pickup option).
This will make a significant difference in terms of minimizing the folks that leave curbside selected but actually need their stuff shipped. This issue arises multiple times per week and getting them switched back to shipping is a very manual/time consuming process. It would also significantly lessen curbside returns (we are seeing a fair amount of folks that order curbside but never pick up).

The plan to improve our "in-person/curbside pickup" shipping option is:
- Identify which method is "in-person/curbside pickup" with a checkbox on the Shipping Method Edit Form and sync it to Salesforce.
- Use it to drive that method to be always last in the list shipping options presented to the customer.
- Do not select any of the shipping option radio buttons presented to the customer and, instead, require them to choose from the available options before proceeding with checkout. This should be the best way to ensure the customer selects the method they truly want.

Moving curbside option to the bottom of the shipping options and having it not be the default selection would be a great fix. Hopefully the timeline on something like this wouldn't be too long! THanks Jeff!

I think this makes great sense considering ship-to-home customers still represent the lion's share of customers. This will reduce the load on customer service for Books, but also for Member Services at the Bookstore and cut down on clutter. If there is a way to have "no default" and instead force a choice from the available options before proceeding with checkout this might be the best way to ensure the customer selects the method they truly want.

Do we really want to default to a particular shipping method? We could do that by adding a "show as default if available" check box to the shipping method edit form.
Or is it better to identify which one method is "in-person/curbside pickup" with a checkbox that could be used to drive it to be always last in the list shipping options and never be the default selection. This seems better and could be and could be used to make our Salesforce process more robust as well as other things we may want to do for in-person/curbside shipping later.
