Road condition
It can be a little difficult to get a clear idea about road conditions from the activity description. It would be helpful if a section is added specifically for this purpose.
The description can include weather factors (such as snow, ice), road quality (fully paved, gravel, large potholes), and lastly type of cars preferred (accessible for all cars, accessible for 4WD, tire chains required).
This would help participants plan better, arrange carpools if needed. It would also reduce the need for organizers to respond to individual questions from participants regarding road conditions.

Note that every activity on our website is connected to a route/place, and nearly every route/place has a "Getting There" section where any driving directions are give. In this section, we include information about very poor road conditions and potential winter driving and make recommendations for vehicle type (e.g. high-clearance 4WD) and equipment (e.g. carry chains).
The connection to the route/place on every activity is in the activity's "Route/Place" tab. The link is "View full route/place details."
I doubt we need a special field on the activity, but could better highlight information that one my find useful on the route/place in planning for the activity including carpooling.
Please suggest text that we may add to suggest why viewing the full route/place details may be useful.
Thanks!
