This can essentially be done leaving the Registration Status of everyone who did not cancel as "Registered" and by checking the "Attending?" box for only those who attended.

We could add "No Show" to the Registration Status field pick list or we could add a Participant Result field like we do for activities (probably with Attended, No Show, Canceled as the list). We typically don't close events, so I am not sure how much this is needed, would be used, or would be helpful.
