We completed and launched many of the desired youth programs features in Jan, Feb and Mar 2016.
In May & Aug-Sep 2016, we added the youth forms feature.

If a family member has not signed their waiver, particularly if a youth has been added to a family membership, then a notification will show on the main My Profile area of the parent rather than tucked away under the Membership tab.

Even if there was a link or a reminder note at the bottom of the "add family member" pop up that might help. (CEO)

It would be really helpful if we did some kind of development so when you register your kid up on your membership you automatically have to sign their waiver. Right now when a parent registers their kid, there is no mention of signing their waiver until they click on their profile (which they probably don't do).
