Add Mobile Responsive Theme SD295
I use the site all the time on my phone. Who doesn't these days?
We launched our website’s mobile responsive theme on Oct 4, 2016!

Win,
Thanks for your suggestions! Our email newsletters are a different platform from our website. We already have a mobile theme there, but may not have it adjusted quite right. I passed your comments on to Peter, our Communications Coordinator, so he can look into your suggestions and how we can improve our email newsletter system. He will likely have some questions for you and let you know where we are with mobile themes for our email communications.
Thanks Again!
Jeff

Related to this, someone should take a look at making your email format responsive to mobile. Right now the text is too small, and zooming in results in the dreaded "email slalom" effect as you read down.
Here's a video comparing the reading experience on mobile of two well-designed responsive emails to a third from The Mountaineers:
This is one of those silent errors where there is no hard break but the net effect of this usability hurdle is that a lot of the content is simply not being read on mobile.

If you could just move the save button from the bottom to the top of the "add participant" form that would solve the broken scrolling support problem. Everything else about the website works fine on the mobile devices I'm using.

I'm referring to the online activity listing system at the Mountaineers website, the place where trip leaders go to set up and maintain activities online.
When I go to the online activities area to add someone to one of my existing activities I find it is always a fight to get the "save" button to work.
Just getting the save button to appear on the screen is a struggle as it often seems to be hiding just out of reach in a hard to scroll to area below the carpooling section.
On my iPhone 6, a lot of window scrolling and resizing is needed to finally see the save button. Once it is visible, I have to do a lot of scrolling and resizing to get to a point where the button will actually work. In other words, when I want it to work, the save button just acts like a bit of static background graphics. It would be great if it was easier to get to and if it would work every time you press it.
