Allow Course Leaders/Admins to Edit Participant's Registration Datetime
Today, Leaders can edit the registration datetime for their Activities. This allows them to manage the waitlist order by changing the dates as needed. This idea is to allow the same functionality for Courses.

Moving participants or students in this case up and down the waitlist could remove trust in the system as they see it fluctuate from time to time. If this is allowed, please provide best practices, notes that can be sent to individuals that are affected by this change and such. Communication is key. This practice could also be expanded for trips and course activities. Currently, a lot of students do not know a clear process of being selected or offered to the course and what it means to be on the waitlist.

I think that those with branch admin duties should be able to edit waitlists for courses just like we have the ability for activities we lead. There should be guidelines and notes provided for moving a perspective student up on a waitlist. It trusts our activity and course leaders and removes the program center from having to make the edits, although they have been wonderful when contacted. Thank you for your consideration.
