Allow Committee Admins to see all activities posted under its purview
As the chair of the scrambling committee and the course lead for scramble course, it is surprisingly difficult to know what activities are posted on behalf of my committee.
I can use the search Activities page to look for "Scrambling" activities for "Foothills" but there are other things we do on behalf of the committee that aren't scrambles and there's no easy way I know of to see those and access them.
A concrete example: I can only easily get to the rosters for the field trips I personally am on the roster for. If I have a leader leading another field trip, even as the course lead I have no way to get to that unless I go to that leader's profile and access it from their page, because a historical activity disappears from the course listing. It's not practical to add myself to every Foothills Scrambling Committee activity.
It would be great if there was a place for committee admins to see all upcoming and historical activities posted for their committee. Since that could be a whole lot for some committees, it would probably need to be filterable to some date range.
Another way I would use this is to review closed out activities for updating our recognition tracking. Currently, we have to rely on a big Excel data dump from the club at the end of the fiscal year. This makes it difficult to go back and reason about things that happened almost a year ago. Who was that mentored leader again? I'd much rather process that info in smaller batches, and something like this would let me do that.
We have the ability to provide reports to committee on demand from our Salesforce database, a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform. It has a much better and more flexible data reporting engine than our website which is a CMS (Content Management system).
We also have the ability to connect a Salesforce report to a Google sheet and share that with any of our volunteer administrators. These Google sheets may be refreshed periodically (daily, weekly, monthly) so they can be as up-to-date as needed.
