Update "Last Activity Led" column in committee rosters to add co-leaders and exclude cancelled trips
Currently, the "Last Activity Led" column in committee rosters on the website only factors in activities where the contact is listed as the Primary Leader, and includes activities that were cancelled.
Please exclude cancelled activities from this calculation, and include activities where the contact is listed as a Primary Leader OR a Co-Leader.
This idea is moving to priority. To learn more about the updated feedback status options and process, visit this blog: https://www.mountaineers.org/blog/new-technology-experience-manager-feedback-management-improvements

Totally agree with this. Also, to echo Craig's point, the fact that this displays events "in the future" makes absolutely no sense. It can't be the "Last Activity Led" if it hasn't been led yet!
This is important because it is what many committees use to understand if their leaders are "up-to-date" (i.e. hiker leaders have led a hike in the past 2 years or something like that).
Really this field is just taking the highest date value entry in the database, which is pretty meaningless. I could see having a "Next Activity Scheduled" or something that says when their next activity is scheduled, but currently it doesn't do that either. If you have 3 activities scheduled in the future, the "Last Activity Led" field will display the 3rd one.

The data from the new "last activity led" column on committee rosters is not yet available to be included in Salesforce reporting.

It looks like the "last activity lead/led" date column in the committee rosters includes activities which have been canceled. that doesn't seem correct.
it also includes activities in the future, but I guess this could be nice to have. but it doesn't make sense based on the column name. so maybe the column name could be changed to "Last Activity Scheduled" or something.
