Online outdoor resume
I think that breaking down the various skills our courses teach is important and reiterate my support for "skill badges" that is already an idea in this system. However, I see benefit in creating a template that is populated with the skills a member has earned that takes the form of an outdoor resume people could download and modify. This could promote our efforts to make the burgeoning multi-billion-dollar outdoor industry accessible to the youth we serve (as well as help our members who are sick and tired of their current jobs and would love to make a career transition). Plus, it would just be cool. There are other, more pressing needs (as of early 2016), but eventually I think this would be a great feature to add and possibly one that could be life-changing for the members of our youth programs.

Word I would imagine, so that people could modify it further. Something simple with attractive formatting might be the cheapest way to seed the idea of an outdoor career in people's minds without spending a lot of money on such a simple concept.
