We do encourage adding a trip report. Here’s the text of the email request for feedback and trip reports that we send the day after the trip’s end date:

<p>Thanks for your participation in {!Activity__c.Plone_Link__c} on {!Activity__c.Activity_Start_Date__c}. We'd love to know what you thought of your experience, and would appreciate if you took a moment to <a href="{!Activity__c.Feedback_Form_URL__c}">give us some feedback about your trip</a>.</p>

<p><b>Please do not reply directly to this email with your feedback instead use this <a href="{!Activity__c.Feedback_Form_URL__c}">feedback link</a>.</b></p>

<p>This is your chance to let the leader know what worked well, what could be improved, and suggest a creative idea you'd like to share. All feedback you give shows anonymously to the committee chair and the leader of the trip (although they may be able to tell who you are based on what you write). If you indicate that there was a safety incident, however, your report and information will be made available to the members of our Safety Committee. And remember that we all appreciate praise as well as constructive criticism! </p>

<p>If you'd like to share details about your experience - the route, conditions, notable memories from the day - please <a href="{!Activity__c.Trip_Report_URL__c}">tell us in a trip report</a>. These reports will be shared with other travelers and will be linked to your profile so you can view or revise them at a later date.</p>
