Volunteer (instructor recruitment) request opt in
With mega course rosters for instructor recruitment and other ways we can email people through the website it would be nice for people to have a way of opting in/out of instructor recruitment emails.

Add language to exact target- opt out of everything option "You may still receive emails related to instructor or volunteer recruitment and can opt out via your member profile"

The default would be opted in to volunteer opportunity emails.

It's probably best to add an "Instructor Recruiting Opt In" checkbox near the Leader Lines Opt In checkbox in the Profile Preferences area. Then display as filter on Course Template (aka Mega) and Committee rosters.
