Add "don't show on my profile" checkbox for donor related badges GH2748
Some members would appreciate having their peak society status hidden. Add a don't show on my profile check box to the badge roster entries.

We can now respect member's preferences on what badges are public on their website profile while still incorporating that person into any reporting or analytics in Salesforce. We did not create a way for members to directly turn badges to private in their profile as there is not enough demand for this to prioritize the website development required. Instead, members can request a badge be set to private by asking staff or emailing info@mountaineers.org!
