Should say "Apply for Financial Assistance"
We'd also like to move the Cancellation and Refund link below Availability so we have text that breaks up the two links.

Based on overwhelming feedback (which I think is a good idea) I'd like to change the language to "Apply for Scholarship". I've changed the language on the financial assistance landing page as well: https://www.mountaineers.org/membership/financial-assistance/financial-assistance
