Change the default text on links when outside people are prompted to log in from Join The Mountaineers to Join or Create Guest Account

For Lodge registrations, we need a "Continue as Guest" option, in addition to the two which are "Log in" and "Join". We realize that the "Join" option gives you the ability to join as a guest. But folks won't even try that option if the stated purpose of the button is to join.
