Create @mountaineers.org email address for committees
Currently a number of committees have created Gmail addresses, which are shared between chairs, course leaders, etc. It seems like there should be @mountaineers.org addresses for this

We continue to receive requests for role-based mountaineers.org email accounts for committee chairs. "It would be nice to have established addresses that could be updated to forward to the current representative as well as mask personal email addresses in online communications." Other reasons given are to separate M's emails from personal emails - right now people do this by creating another M's account. This results in committee rosters listing "Seattle Scrambling" as the committee chair, which is problematic for other reasons. Maybe there's a plone-based Direct Message (maybe set up with a forum capability?) that could be accessed via a button on a committee or course page? This request keeps coming up for very legitimate reasons, so I wanted to capture it in uservoice. Thanks!
