customizable number of days when a person on the waitlist of a fee course is offered a spot.
Currently the default of the automated email sent to the person who is being offered a spot for a course or clinic is 5 days to take the offer and register. Ideally the number of days for a person to take an offer should be customizable probably when setting up the course (similar to registration start and end date)..
For interim solution, if the automated email can be modified to say that "you may receive an email from the course leader for a specific date to take the offer" which may be less than 5 days.

Thank you Felicia for submitting this idea. I will keep this idea open for the long-term suggestion, but in the interim we have implemented your suggestion of adding language to the automated email that states "If the leader determines they need to expire the offer sooner than this, they will reach out separately with a different offer timeline."
