What needs to happen to membership accounts when a member passing- including but not limited to unsubscribe from emails, change contact for communication on membership etc.
○ Should default membership expiration to the date when marked as deceased.
○ Unsubscribe them from all email newsletters
○ Send email to committee chairs or staff alerting us to remove them from committee rosters

We are working on a email notification to staff with a checklist of items to update on the deceased person’s profile and Salesforce contact record.
We need to determine what automation we want in Plone and what we will set up in Salesforce.
