Create more robust Offered expiration date/time
We'd like to be able to send multiple reminders of offered status and can't report or make emails that do that without a hard date/time added to the course participant and activity participant record in Salesforce

Migrate Email to “The Cloud” ~IT
Email, shared and personal calendars, active directory for access to local resources (e.g. printers).
