Enhancing Mountaineers Operations with ERP Integration
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share some thoughts on how integrating an ERP system, like Odoo, could significantly enhance our operations at the Mountaineers. By streamlining processes such as member management, event coordination, and financial tracking, an ERP system can help us achieve greater efficiency and accuracy. For instance, automating routine tasks and centralizing data would not only reduce manual errors but also provide us with valuable insights into our organization's performance. Thank you for submitting your idea! We currently use a mix of enterprise softwares to meet the needs you mentioned for membership management, event/activity management, and more and are not in the market to redesign/migrate as our solution is meeting our needs.

Response to feedback in an email
We still are constantly fighting to create a culture to provide more feedback, near misses, and such. If the feedback survey is short and also can be directly responded via email - we may see some more reports.
Also, "please share why you choose above rating" questions don't return much responses and suggest combining it with "is there anything else that you'd like to add" or "do you have any additional comments about the learning environment" question with a change to the text to reflect the same.1 voteThis idea is closing as it did not reach enough votes/engagement over the past few years to be prioritized and has some components that overlap with other survey improvements. Consolidate Responses on Website Feedback Forms SD672
We updated the responses to some of the "questions" on our feedback survey forms. The aggregated data shows both the old and the new/edited response. To make the data clearer, we should consolidate the old and new response so that are counted as being the same.
3 votesGiven the amount of time that has passed since our last Feedback form change, this idea is less relevant now. It has been decided that for now we will keep the historical responses as-is but if we change the form in the future we will combine the results as to avoid repeating this issue in the future.

Add Feedback Links to Committee Roster GH2939
On the committee roster add a column without a header and with links called "Feedback" that are visible to admins only for each leader (so there will be two links--Edit and Feedback). Clicking on the "Feedback" link opens the leader's My Feedback page details in a dialog box (aka pop-up). This should help committee administrators to more quickly review their committee's feedback leader-by-leader.
4 votesHello All - This idea has been reviewed internally and is going to close. While there is benefit in this idea for the committee leaders to review feedback - there is not an easy way to present the feedback links only to chairs/leaders so this change would cause confusion to the average committee member as the links would be present but not show anything.
