Hi! It looks like you replied to our general info account, not a specific person. Most activity/course emails from info@mountaineers.org, especially without a specific Staff Member's email signature at the bottom, are either auto-generated or a 1-way communication. 

To contact your Participant directly, their email is provided in the text of the auto-generated email, or click their name/profile to find it and send a new email. Otherwise, replies will not connect with your Participant. From our view, it looks like you did not include the Participant on this email (unless they were BCC'd!). 

Please make sure to resend your intended email if you still need to get in touch with your Participant - thank you!
