Waiver

I am not seeing a signed waiver on our end. The form is pretty finicky and does not accept parentheses, dashes, spaces, or periods in the telephone number box for your emergency contact. Try entering your emergency contact's phone number with only digits, and that should resolve the issue. Please reach back out if you continue to have waiver issues.
