The Leaders' Notes on that activity page give a comprehensive explanation of what is expected during the equivalency process and what co-requisites you'll need to complete in order to earn the scrambling badge. You're not expected to have experience in all co-requisites before applying for equivalency, but you will need to gain experience in those areas before being granted the scrambling badge.
