Just reaching out about a member question pasted below regarding your _____ trip. I understand there are many reasons that leaders might want to offer priority registration to folks for some trips (SIG bonding, preference to participants from a previously canceled trip, etc). I’d just like to encourage you to include information to that effect in the leader’s notes for the activity so that members aren’t left wondering why trips are full before the registration opens.
