Update Privacy settings for leaders and admins GH2102
Right now some of our leaders have their profiles set to Private but we need members to be able to see leader's badges and emails for communication. Please note this would not share leader's address, emergency contact, phone etc, just email/badges/profile bio

ADD AUTOMATIC ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL PAYMENTS AND AUTOMATIC MONTHLY DONATIONS TO MY PURCHASES SD420
If I have, show automatic annual membership renewal payments and automatic monthly donations on my My Purchases page. Also show me the credit card I use for these and allow me to change that card or to enroll in or cancel either of these automatic "payments." Note: We're combining the My Purchases and My Recurring Payments "pages."

We completed and launched many of the desired youth programs features in Jan, Feb and Mar 2016.
In May & Aug-Sep 2016, we added the youth forms feature.

Add Staff UI for Procesing Refunds SD289
Now that we have a My Purchases on the website, we need to be able to properly record refund transactions in all of our systems. This will also reduce the time needed and improve the accuracy of by our Members Service Team to process refunds.
- Staff need the ability to issue refund (full and partial) when canceling a person from an activity or course.
- Staff eed to be able to cancel a person'smembership and refind a specified amoutn of annual dues that have been paid.

Add age parameters for youth only activities GH 1253
To prevent adults from registering themselves or the incorrect family member allow course leaders to indicate age parameters as pre-requisites for courses, course related activities and activities.

Add text in manage registration window regarding activities that have closed GH1256
If you get off a waitlist for a field trip and want to remove yourself from one that is already closed it is not clear how to do that from the manage registration window for course related activities.
Please add a tag line to the red text that exists already saying registration has closed to make it say.
Registration closed Mar 11 5:00 pm. Contact leader to be added or removed from roster.

Have RSVP system for event listings on Calendar SD346
Make it possible to have members and non members RSVP to events like lecture series and Gear Grab. You should be able to register more than just one and put in your guest's names.

Make it easier to suggest edits to a route/place.
Could move the suggest links up near the book activity widgit.

Set up automated autorenewal email and reminder about lapsed membership
Not currently automated, would be time saver to have more of these automated to ensure member renewal.
0 votesYes, emails are now being sent reminding members on the 15th of the month that their card will be charged and emails going when card is charged and if their card payment fails

"add new comment" box to the top of blog posts and trip reports.
Previously you had to scroll all the way down through trip reports and blog comments to add a new one instead of having a button at the top

Blog posts will look snazzier if we have their image show on the home page.

How about alpha sorting the Badges? Its a pain always to scan an unsorted group of data. Grouping badges on the My Profile page too. Group by type of badge (e.g. (course, skill, leader, award/peak pin) and then sort by name within that group.
