Qualified Youth Leader
The text "Qualified Youth Leader" appears in trip listings and also Roster Detail pages. That wording is ambiguous, and it makes it sound like the *leader* is a youth. People have told me they haven't signed up for trips because they thought the leader was young.
It should probably be rephrased, here are a couple ideas...
"Qualified to lead youth"
"Qualified leader for youth"
