Add "gender" to the exportable data for trip participants.
I often don't know the gender of people on my trips, especially if they are from other countries. This is important and useful when I'm looking for someone at a P&R or when referring to someone in an email (he or she?).

Also, if you guys are tweaking the roster export then you should fix the phone number columns!...
The first column is labeled WORKPHONE, but that column should be removed entirely since it's not editable via the website any longer, and any data in that column is old and out of date.
Also the HOMEPHONE column should be renamed to PRIMARYPHONE since that's what the website now calls it when editing your Profile, and since most people put their cell phone number in this field.
Also the CELLPHONE column should be renamed to SECONDARYPHONE since that's what the website now calls it when editing your Profile.
