I suggest you ...

Write your "Help" answers to FAQs from the perspective of someone who doesn't know the answer to the question already. Help ans's are poor.

Your help function is horrible. My envelope to renew my membership says "Pay your dues online at www.mountaineers.org !" I go there, and see no link to pay me dues. I go to Help, do a search under the dues payment topic, and find the question, "How do I pay my dues?" The answer given: "Go to the main page and navigate to your account and pay your dues." Helllllooooo. You need to tell the person who was already at the main page which links to click to get to "My Account". A very poorly written Help answer.

The link to "my account" can be found both in the top right corner of the screen once you've logged in or under "Member Info" (green box on the right side). Once you click on My Account, you'll find the screen that allows you to edit your member info (such as address, emergency contacts, etc...) as well as manage your membership (dues, waivers). That's also the place I go to see all of the activities I'm currently registered for, carpool information, and leader contact info (should you have questions or need to cancel after registration is closed).
